“We recently had a new Bathroom installed by Premier Bathroom Design and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Having received quotes from various firms, Premier Bathroom Design were easily the most impressive based on quality and design. Although it cost more than we’d initially planned, it was an easy decision to give our business to Charlie. During the quotation Charlie went through everything with us and unlike other quotes there was no hard sell or pressure spending hours going through the process. He was happy to e-mail us with visuals of the planned bathroom (something which other firms refused to do). This allowed us to view our proposed Bathroom and advise him of any alterations to the initial design.

As Charlie explained at the time, all the work would subsequently be undertaken by their own workers NOT Sub Contractors, from start to completion which is something we were keen on.

When the work began we found all the workers to be excellent. Arriving on time each day and leaving the room spotless every night. Stephen and his father Graham were there throughout Installing, aided as required by Colin the electrician, Stevie the plumber and not forgetting Martin and Kenny the tilers. Charlie popped in regularly to keep an eye on things and kept us updated on a day-day basis. So happy with all the work done, thank you everyone at PBD”
